I was reading a good article the other day that said: "Statistics show that 95% of people who join a network marketing business never earn over $200 a month." The article went on to state that 97% of people do not use the phone as part of their prospecting efforts.
Gee....I wonder if there is any correlation between the two.....
One thing I've found is that folks seem to believe you have to be some kind of super salesperson in order to make money in network marketing.
Wrong!
If anyone was ever NOT qualified to be a sales person it is me. I didn't do real well in school, could have easily flunked out of college in my second semester but I quit instead, have been a farmer, utility worker and coal miner. I have zero skills to make money in network marketing.
Last issue I told you about how important it is to be a good inviter. Simply invite a lot of people to look at your opportunity or product, then play the numbers game.
Using the phone is a whole lot easier and simpler when you become an inviter instead of a seller.

Got an email from a prospect yesterday, he wondered if he could be a success with our business and asked for my thoughts. Here's the reply email I sent him.
Robert,
I understand your concerns. I'm not a "salesman" either.
What did happen was Tippy our dog got sick..long story short, I tried the Life's Abundance food and daily supplement on her and Tippy became like a new dog. I don't have any problem at all in sharing what wonders the products have done for my pets. It's like going to a really good movie and then telling your
friends about it the next day.However, I also have a very deep and real desire to obtain certain things in my life. I looked at the opportunity and decided that this was the right vehicle for me to obtain my goals in life.
I also decided this was the right company philosophy (helping pets and people live better lives) that I could fully embrace and promote and WANT to do.
Any business is not easy to build, whether online, offline, network marketing or whatever. I have a great work ethic, know what I want, know where I want to be in 5 years, and work diligently towards building the business and obtaining my life's goals.
What do you want out of life?
Where do you really want to be in 5 years?
Is this the right vehicle for you to obtain the above answers?
If your desire is strong enough for what you want, and
you are willing to do whatever it takes to obtain your desires, then the answer should be obvious.You can learn how to do any business just like learning how to play a flute or guitar or swim or play tennis. However, is your desire strong enough so you will actually go out and practice the flute every day or practice swimming or practice tennis....even when you may not "feel like it" or when things go wrong and sour and things aren't happening as fast as you think they should.
Answer those questions for yourself and your decision on whether you can and want to do this business should be obvious.
Any business you "TRY" will be a failure for you unless
and until you have that inner motivation and desire to make it work no matter what and can see your future happening because of what you are doing now.
Everybody "wants" to make money and "wants" to be a
success in business, but it takes much more than a mere want, and that is a deep strong desire to build a better life for you and your family, or whatever goals you so strongly believe in.

RISK IT ALL- GAIN IT ALL
You should know by now that I am a risk-taker. I have a lot of faith and, truth be told, my risks are pretty calculated. I do my best due diligence before I take any sort of action, and do what I can to eliminate undesired results. If you focus on being hurt by a relationship, you can never feel loved. But don't take my word for it-test my ideas by starting to take risks. You have been given the unique power to make choices. Every other animal on this planet is confined.
But you have the ability to co-create your own destiny with the powers given to you. To achieve the life of your dreams, you must first have total and undeniable faith in yourself and in God, your Creator, the Universal Intelligence-whatever you choose to call your source. That's why the greatest risks of all are called leaps of faith.

LIFE RESPONDS TO YOUR OUTLOOK
