Strategy Worksheet Explained

The purpose of this little test was to find out where you personally are at with

your own network marketing career and attitude towards what kind of network

marketer you currently are.

Again, there were no right or wrong answers, for you.

However.....there is a lesson to be learned.

If you already are, or are planning on becoming a Leader, then the vast majority

of your check marks should have been....or will be....in the right hand column.

What I Learned From "Big Al"

To be successful in network marketing you must find Leaders.

Leaders are Everything.

There are distributors, and there are Leaders.

Distributors are temporary.....Leaders are Permanent.

With distributors you find yourself constantly ==> replacing people, replacing people,

replacing people.

One leader in your downline will make you a ton of money.

Two leaders in your downline will make you rich.

The difference between leaders and distributors is ==> How They Think

*    Leaders are there for their downline.

*    Leaders support their downline.

*    Leaders turn problems into assets.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
To find leaders, give your prospects a test.
Ask them to read a book, or ask them to go to your web site and look over the information.
If they won't follow your simple instructions, then the possibility of them becoming a leader
is not that great.
Test people BEFORE they waste your time.
Think like a leader, and you get a leader's size check.
Think like a distributor, and you get a distributor's size check.
If you want a Big Check......
Your Focus in Network Marketing is to Find Leaders.
Every problem has two viewpoints.
Leaders have one viewpoint....always looking for the positive aspect and bringing it to light
Distributors have a different viewpoint.....looking at the negatives, why not's,  the problems.
*    Leaders are Professional students of the profession. They are always studying and
      learning as much as possible, listening to tapes, attending seminars....
*    Leaders set up events and things to happen for their people.
*    Leaders handle problems!
There are three levels of distributors.
1.    Those who sit home and watch TV, do nothing, and expect things to change.
2.    Those who do trial and error.
3.    Those who find out exactly what to do and then do it.
Which one are you?
100 Buckets of Sand
Imagine, there are 100 buckets lined up on a beach. Under 3 or 4 of those buckets are
$10,000 bills.
Your mission is to find those bills.
You turn over 1, 2, 3, 4 buckets.....no bills.
Do you keep on turning over buckets?
The average person will not!
They will try to turn bucket one and bucket two and bucket three into "What they want
them to be....or what they think those buckets should become"   Instead of searching for the gold.
There are 4 aces in a deck of cards.
Distributors will turn up a 3 of hearts and try to turn them into an ace.
Instead of flipping the cards to find the aces.
Get the point?
Your Job Is To:
*    Develop Yourself Into A Leader
*    Find People Who Want To Become Leaders
*    Develop Them Into Leaders
It's Just That Simple
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Everything Else Means Nothing

Our object is to have you become so focused on who you are and what you have

set out to do (Find Leaders) that in the previous test.....all the check marks will

be found in the extreme right side of the columns.

None of the questions should have any effect on who you are, who you are becoming,

and what your purpose is.

Ask yourself: "Does this problem or situation have any effect on finding and

then developing 2 to 4 good leaders?"

If you find yourself dwelling on all the negatives and not on who you really are,

and what you want to accomplish, then you need to change your way of thinking.

Or....if you are un-willing to do that, then don't expect to be a leader.

It's really your choice.

No one can make that choice for you.

No one other than yourself can motivate you to become all you can become.

Your upline or a coach can help you, but only if you are willing.
